External Envelope Planned Works

mhs Homes are looking to procure a multi-year planned works programme contractor(s), with work including but not limited to windows and doors, roofing, external repairs, painting and decorating and the set up and dismantling of scaffolding.

We are looking to carry out market engagement to better understand the current market conditions, supplier interest and readiness for this contract and where applicable to further define the scope and specification of the contract.
