Haringey Council is inviting tenders from suitably skilled and experienced organisations for the Recruitment and Assessment of In-house Foster Carers. The successful provider will undertake the full recruitment and assessment function, from initial enquiry generation, marketing through to the process of recruitment, assessment and panel presentation.
