Description

Liverpool Hope University is pleased to invite tenders for the provision of waste management services to the University. The University is seeking a service which helps advance, promote and deliver sustainable recycling and waste management practices, which actively manages waste via the waste hierarchy. The University is currently sending ‘zero waste to landfill’ and expects this to continue. This tender is split up into 2 lots: Lot 1 — General Waste (Lot 1 includes general waste and source segregated recyclates) Lot 2 — Skips Potential Providers may tender for more than 1 Lot and may be awarded contracts for 1 or both Lots. Potential providers may sub-contract as long as they make this clear in their tender. The contract be will for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by a further 1 year subject to mutual acceptance. The maximum contract duration shall therefore be 4 years.
