PSF3 - NEC Supervisor re New Care Homes Programme

Award Notice re further competition through Professional Services Framework for a consultant to provide an NEC3 Supervisor service for both Care Home projects, as defined within the NEC3 contract. The Supervisor will be required to ensure that a consistently high standard of quality control and supervision is maintained via the execution of site visits. Whilst the contractor is responsible for correcting defects in the works the Supervisor will be responsible for managing the process of identifying and correcting said defects
