## Description

To undertake a high-level options appraisal/remedial review associated with the brick slips to the floor zones upon the external façade of the Library Building, City Campus at Northumbria University Newcastle\. Please note that at this stage the University is looking for options only\. Once the options appraisal has been completed a full tender process will be carried out when the Scope of Services and route to market has been determined\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
