## Description

\*\*\*Please note this contract has been awarded through CCS RM1557\.10 G Cloud 10\*\*\* The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy \(BEIS\) has a requirement for a supplier to; • Refinement and communication of the DDaT Operating Model, Service Delivery Model and Governance Framework\. • Supporting the identification of Service & Process Owners, coaching them in the roles, • Review, refinement and agreement of IT Process designs, including a fully prioritised backlog of User Stories for each process, • Design of a Logical Service Architecture that describes the relationship between IT components and the BEIS business units\. • Resolution of the Critical issues highlighted in the ACE report\. • Upgrade of the ServiceNow instance to the latest release\. • Creation of a fully costed and detailed plan for the full implementation of agreed operational processes\. • A proposal from Mozaic to deliver this plan either on a fixed-price or Time & Materials basis\.
