The Buyer is procuring the services of a car hire company - for an initial Contract Period of two years (with the optional extension period of one year at the Buyer's discretion) - for use, predominantly, by the Buyer's Education and Engagement Team although other delegated teams within UK Parliament may, from time to time, make use of the services.
