Bevin Court Heating Source System Renewal

The council seeks to procure a suitably qualified contractor to replace the existing gas boilers with a cascade heat pump system. This will include the combining of two heat pump technologies, air and water source. The new technology uses a cascade system that will enable continued use of the existing heating distribution network and existing radiators in residents' flats saving considerable cost.
