Approval of a 7 year support and maintenance contract with Northgate Public Services for CONNECT for the period 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2028. To apply Public Contract Regulations 2015 , Negotiated Procedure without prior publication Reg 32 (2) (b) (ii) where the supplies and services can only be provided by a particular economic operator as competition is absent for technical reasons.
