Work description
NHS England and NHS Improvement (Midlands) wishes to commission an independent review of the current services and pathways for children and young people with Learning Disabilities and/ or Autism in contact with Midlands Liaison & Diversion Services and Werrington Young Offenders Institute. Bidders are invited to submit offers for this requirement in accordance with the attached specification using the response template.
