CPCA - A10 (Dualling and Junctions)

This commission requires consultancy support to develop the A10 dualling project identified in the Ely to Cambridge Corridor Study to Strategic Outline Business Case so that the investment case can be clearly understood and articulated to decision makers. This will also inform the understanding of the cost and delivery timescale for the scheme. In parallel, more detailed work is required to review and develop engineering design for the A10 junctions between Ely and Cambridge to demonstrate the business case for investment, and complete the preliminary design stage. In this present instance, the Customer is issuing this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 5 of ESPO's Consultancy Services Framework (reference 664_17).
