## Description

HSE needs a supplier who can readily access large nationally representative samples of employers and employees\. Due to larger sample sizes generally leading to increased precision when estimating unknown parameters, HSE considers that in order to make confident claims about the nature and extent of change in workplaces in different sectors, it would be ideal to have achieved sample sizes of around 2,000 employers and 5,000 employees\.
