Please may interested operators only enter bids for the regular transport timetable shown in the attached mini competition and specification document. The transitional timetables are a temporary arrangement, and the cost of the additional journey will be agreed separately with the successful bidder, who will be expected to be able to accommodate these arrangements in the transition period, for an additional price.

The deadline for returned submissions is 0900 on the 27th October 2026. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted.

The deadline for clarification questions is 0900 on the 23rd October 2026 which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website.

The council reserves the right to extend this contract up until 31st July 2034.
