Invoice volume of circa 45,000 To include: • make amendments to email templates, message options, query templates, cancellation reasons and cancellation additional text. • provide training on any functionality you don't use and think would be beneficial. • provide refresher training on the functionality you already use to ensure you are getting the most out of the system, training around reporting as well.
