Tawd Valley developments ltd (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Employers Agent, Quantity surveying, Principal designer (CDM) and Clerk of works Consultancy Services for WBLC Accommodation Strategy Scheme 2025 across Projects in Robert Hodge centre-Skelmersdale. Station Approach Carpark- Ormskirk. Delf House-Skelmersdale. Waste Transfer Centre-Skelmersdale. The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-1 Employers Agent and / or Project Manager services as per Client MEAT assessment. Contract Duration including all four sites will be from 1st July 2025 and Completion of services is 30th November 2027.
