LED Traffic Signal Upgrades Phase 4

LED Traffic signal upgrades at a number of sites to include: 1) Remove existing signal heads to tip and supply & install new signal heads at above sites including traffic management 2) Replace existing traffic signal controllers for ELV LED operation and monitoring 3) New signal heads to include arrows where required 4) Box signs are No Left Turn or No Right Turn except Site 35 which includes 2 No. "Except buses" legends
