Legal Support Services for North East Quadrant (NEQ) projects

The North-East Quadrant ("NEQ") site forms part of the Highfield Campus. Over the past number of years, the NEQ site has undergone some remodelling with the demolition of some existing buildings and the extension of car parking facilities, associated infrastructure and landscaping. The University is seeking to appoint a law firm to provide legal services in support of the NEQ project. The services will include reviewing draft contracts; providing legal advice on contractual terms; providing ad hoc legal advice during the lifetime of the project as and when required.
