The Supplier will provide Services/ Goods as follows: (a) Maintenance of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) (b) Maintenance of isolated power supplies (IPS) (c) Maintenance of theatre control panels (TPS and pendants (d) Repair service to uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and isolated power supplies (e) Replacement of batteries for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and isolated power supplies (IPS) (f) Supply of spare parts and consumables (g) Reactive call outs (h) Telephone Advice

Additional information: The tender process will be via the Procontract Due North e-tendering portal. This is a one step process and all requested documentation/information must be submitted by the stated time and date - 3rd October 2019, 12 noon.
