## Description

Design and delivery of an action learning programme aimed at councillors and officers from councils who are keen to lead on the delivery of new housing but do not have a recent track record in this area\. The focus of the programme will be on building capacity to allow participants' councils to play a lead role in the delivery of new housing\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
