## Description

This soft market testing exercise relates to the potential commissioning and procurement plans for an Exercise on Referral Programme for the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames\. The Council is seeking to engage with organisations who deliver Exercise on Referral and/or similar services, in order to gain the perspective of the market in shaping the potential service to be provided to eligible residents of the borough\. We are seeking written responses to a Soft Market Testing Questionnaire that has been designed for this purpose\.
