North of England Commissioning Support, working for and on behalf of NHS North Durham, NHS Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield and NHS Darlington Clinical Commissioning Groups (The CCGs) who wish to commission a Community Based Persistent Pain Management Service.NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with potential providers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communications with NECS, including your submission, will be conducted via the portal https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS hosted by Proactis, the managed service provider for the NECS e-tendering system. Deadline for submission of all bids is 9:00am on the 29 August 2017.Please note the tender documents in respect of the procurement will not be made available until the 28 July 2017.
