HRB Building Safety Consultancy and Investigation Services

The London Borough of Enfield has awarded a contract through the LHC Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services Framework for the provision of HRB Building Safety Consultancy and Investigation Services across the Authority's High-Rise Residential Building portfolio. The services will support the Authority in meeting its obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Building Safety Regulator requirements. The scope includes structural engineering assessments, transfer slab investigations, fire strategy services, Safety Case support, intrusive and non-intrusive investigations, technical reporting, and specialist consultancy services to support ongoing building safety compliance across approximately 58 High-Rise Residential Buildings
