## Description

The service will provide specialist support for Stroke Survivors their families and carers resident in Slough and Windsor and Maidenhead\. The main outcome is to reduce the risk of future episodes of stroke through increased awareness and understanding\. It will also support Stroke Survivors their families and carers to adjust to life following a stroke\. This notice is to gain an expression of interest from suppliers who would be interested in this opportunity\.
