## Description

Nottingham City Homes is looking to appoint a suitable Supplier for Groundworks and External Works to be carried out at the Tunstall site in Nottingham\. The Contract is being procured by Nottingham City Homes for a period of 12 Months and it is envisaged that it will commence in January 2020\. Pricing must include all associated risks and must remain firm and fixed for the duration of the contract and must not be subject to any variation\.
