## Description

The design and construction of the following work; external works to modify drainage and surfacing, and installing replacement steel cladding works to and in the vicinity of the External Evidence Store, ancillary to the Main Police Investigation Centre Building\. Any required works to electrical installations, fire alarm, etc comply with Fire Regulations etc to be separately instructed as a variation to the contract
