Graduation Venue for Winter 2025

The University of Sussex runs two graduation sessions per year one in January (Winter) and one in July (Summer) and each event will comprise of a number of graduation ceremonies (9 for Winter and 13 for Summer) with over 350 students per graduation ceremony and around which is the largest session. 13 thousand guests in the summer session.

The venue required will need to accommodate all the graduation requirements including a bespoke stage and set, welcome space, large registration area, drinks and catering areas, syndicate rooms for graduate robing, photography, crew, VIPs guests and staff areas.
