## Description

The London Borough of Havering \("LBH"\) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Contractors to deliver a programme of planned roofing under a 5-year JCT Measured Term Contract \(with a schedule of amendments\)\. The estimated annual value of the Contract is £1\.68m, giving a total estimated Contract value of £8\.4m over the five years\. However, there is potential for the value to increase to a maximum of £18m over the Contract Term\. The works will include a range of roofing types and systems plus associated works including fascias, soffits and rainwater goods plus PV/solar panels\. Works will be delivered under a blend of archetype, SOR and quotation-based pricing\. LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement process under the Public Contracts Regulations\. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire and Quality Schedule\. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, LBH anticipates inviting a maximum of 7 bidders to Tender under the second stage of the process\.
