## Description

The business case is to undertake evaluation of the programme pilot phase and work undertaken by the 10 pathfinder ICBs to capture lessons learned by pathfinders, insights from other sectors, determine fulfilment of programme objectives and success criteria, to inform national roll out to remaining 32 ICBs\.
