Measured Term Contract - Building, Mechanical and Electrical Services

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is considering the award of a Measured Term Contract to be awarded in several lots covering Building, Mechanical and Electrical Services. The annual current spend is currently in the region of £500,000 - £1,000,000 with regard to Building and £1,000,000 - £2,000,000 with regard to M&E. The Trust is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified contractors able to undertake this low value maintenance work with a view to holding a bidders event sometime in the near future.
