## Description

The existing Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition \(SCADA\) systems installed at Round Hill Tunnel and Southwick Hill Tunnel have exceeded the end of their design life and need to be replaced\. A feasibility study and preliminary design is needed explore the options available to implement a new SCADA system at both tunnels\.
