Liverpool Safeguarding Children Partnership \(LSCP\) is seeking to commission services from a self-employed independent scrutineer, LSCP require three separate tasks completing alongside scrutinising the effectiveness of Multi-Agency Safeguarding Children Arrangements in accordance with the statutory duties under Working Together to safeguard children\.
