The IW Council is seeking to commission an independent disagreement resolution/mediation service for young people, parents or carers, to deliver the statutory requirement to offer an independent disagreement and mediation service in respect of children and young people with special educational needs who are resident within the Isle of Wight\. \(SEND Code of Practice Section 11\)
