Ramsgate Shop Front Works 3 & 19-21 Harbour Street

Description

Thanet District Council is seeking to engage a contractor to carry out heritage conservation and restoration works to shop fronts in Ramsgate's Harbour Street, as part of the Ramsgate High Street Heritage Action Zone project. These works are managed on behalf of the Council by Jan Kattein Architects. The proposed form of contract is JCT Minor Works with Contractor's Design 2016. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 13th March for a duration of 8 weeks. Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to the notice and available for suppliers to download from the Kent Business Portal at (https://www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk/) and complete according to instructions contained. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document. Any clarifications or questions must be submitted via the Message area of the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 10th February 2023. Completed quotation documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 17th February 2023.
