Support for the delivery of three public perceptions surveys. The assessment of perception relies on the collation and subsequent analysis of primary research, first to set a baseline and then to assess the impact on perception by target group at key milestones of the cumulative effect of a range of interventions. The study will need to gather through the use of survey and/or focus groups (citizens' panels).
