Property and Land Valuation Services

Livv Housing Group sought bids to establish a framework of service providers to provide property and land valuation services. It is anticipated that valuations will be required for land prior to purchase by the Group and for properties both pre and post construction.

The majority of the services required will be within the borough of Knowsley however services may be required in the wider Liverpool city region. The framework is broken down across 3 lots, based on the Group departments that will typically require each type of valuation survey:

Lot 1: Development & Sales Lot 2: Leasehold & Right To Buy Lot 3: Neighbourhoods

The estimated total value of the framework is £142,000 excluding VAT based upon historical expenditure, however this is an estimate only. The Framework will last for 3 years with no options to extend.
