Project Nightingale

The scope of work consists primarily of appraising 4 different options for bringing down wholesale prices for gas and electricity to address extreme pressures facing homes and businesses. These options need to be thoroughly investigated to assess their feasibility (impact, costs, risks, legal, and timing), to determine whether these are options to pursue to minimise impact of ongoing crisis.
