## Description

Procurement of Architectural design services for the design and delivery of a small single storey office and reception building to replace the existing facility\. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea seeks to appoint an architect to take forward its plans to build a new high quality cemetery services office and reception building at Gunnersbury Cemetery \(anticipated footprint to be approximately 85m2\)\. The Council wishes to engage an architect to undertake an initial options appraisal / feasibility study for a new cemetery office building, and then take the preferred option through detailed design, planning, tender, and delivery stages\.
