## Description

The Employer \(WDH\) has appointed a contractor to provide Pre-Construction Services which include but not limited to design, planning, costing and technical services in relation to a new build Residential Development of 120 no dwellings at Farm lane, Kinsley \(Fitzwilliam\) \. Subject to the successful completion of PCSA stages and agreement of costs, the Employer intends to enter into a building contract for the Design and Build of the the scheme at at Farm lane, Kinsley \(Fitzwilliam\), The estimated construction value of the Main Works is circa £24m This underlying contract is awarded via a direct selection from Lot 4: Schemes of 70 Units and Over of the EN:Procure New Build Framework \(Yorkshire and Humber\) dated 1st December 2019 \(OJEU reference 582841-2019\)
