## Description

NHS England \(NHSE\) as the contracting authority wish to establish a framework to deliver an online, university-led 10 day specialised academic Professional Midwifery Advocates \(PMA\) training programme where they would welcome bids from providers with ability to deliver those services\. The framework will live until 31 March 2025; however, this will be subject to additional funding being approved\. The first set of call-offs will have a value of up to £300,000 and must be delivered by 31 March 2024\. Initially there will be up to 8 places available on the framework, with the intention of having 4 suppliers on a reserve list, should there be a need for additional capacity in the future\. As the category for this contract sits within Schedule 3 of Public Contract Regulations \(PCR\) 2015, this procurement will be run under the Light Touch Regime\.
