## Description

Buckinghamshire Council require 261 man-days per annum of SAP Support Services from expert SAP consultants, to provide additional capacity to business support as usual and to undertake system changes\. An application management service is also required to monitor and maintain the production landscape, including incident management, software upgrade support and change requests\. This Call-Off Contract is for the provision of services under Lot 3 Cloud Support of the G-Cloud 13 Framework \(RM1557\.13\)\. Estimated value: £378,994\.00
