Work description
This is a mini-competition under the Adult's Supported Accommodation Approved List for Children's Services. The Council requires a signle provider to provide supported accommodation for people with mental health needs in Bexhill, East Sussex. The property will be leased until a sale agreement can be completed. The deadline for tender submission is 11am 28 April 2023.
