## Description

The Council is looking for a Contractor who is either a theatre/performance/arts specialist Contractor or has and can demonstrate suitable relevant experience of developing business cases for local authorities and projects of a similar size and nature\. The Council require a Contractor to write an outline business case for the Criterion Theatre, final draft to be completed by 26th April 2024\.
