Work description
Grimsdyke Primary School: Works consists of the removal and replacement of existing radiators throughout the building, including local pipework modifications and the installation of new tamperproof radiator TRVs, and the installation of new air source heat pumps to provide heating including all associated electrical, controls and mechanical works.
Millman's Resource Centre: Works consists of the removal and replacement of existing radiators in the ground floor and first floor of the existing building, including local pipework modifications and the installation of new radiator TRVs, and the installation of new air source heat pumps to provide heating and hot water including all associated electrical, controls and mechanical works. The electrical works also include the upgrade of the existing electrical supply in order to support the new ASHP installation.
