Kingsgate Park Drainage Yate Town Council is tendering for a suitable drainage system at Kingsgate Park in Yate, Bristol. Works are to be undertaken between September 2024 and October 2024. The anticipated budget for this opportunity is £35,000 excluding VAT. How to tender: Please find attached the following information to assist in providing your tender: • Kingsgate Park Drainage Specification • Form of Tender, Anti-collusion Certificate and Climate and Planet Declaration Tenders will be assessed in terms of best value for money and suitable drainage options based on existing infrastructure. Financial checks may be undertaken post-tender and prior to appointment, depending on contract value. It is prohibited for prospective contractors to contact Yate Town Councillors or Staff to encourage or support their tender outside of the prescribed process outlined below. The tender process will open on Monday 17th June 2024 and will run until 10am on Tuesday 16th July 2024. The decision process and key dates will then be as follows: • All tenders will be opened and reviewed following the closing date 10am Tuesday 16th July 2024. • We may contact you at this point if we have any queries about your tender or require any clarification. • A synopsis of the tenders will be presented to the Environment & Community Committee of Yate Town Council on Tuesday 16th July 2024 to review and formally awarded the contract. • We will respond to everyone who submitted a valid tender to notify you of the outcome no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 23rd July 2024.
