Riseholme E3 Project

Description

This is a contract award notice for the Riseholme E3 Project. This project is to deliver the building refurbishment works as required under the E3 Fund through Research England awarded to the University of Lincoln to establish its headquarters as the Centre of Excellence in agri-robotics at Riseholme Hall and Plowright House. The Scape Regional Construction framework Lot 5 has been used to procure these works. A NEC4 ECC Option A contract has been agreed.
