ITQ for the provision of an IT Service Management Tool

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking quotations from potential providers for the provision of an IT Service Management Tool (ITSMT). The Council's IT department provide support to approximately 4500 users and have about 4000 end points to support. The Council's IT environment is mainly built up using the Microsoft stack. A project to implement Citrix across the authority is already underway.

Potential providers of ITSMT software must be able to demonstrate that their application can meet the Council's requirements to increase efficiencies and improve customer service.

It is the Council's intention that the contract will be awarded for up to a 3-year period.
