## Description

DWP has embarked on a critical and ambitious transformation programme, acknowledged as a top priority for the Department\. The programme will see the Department achieve the principles within the Target Operating Model, achieve significant efficiency savings and deliver a transformed experience for citizens\. This needs to be achieved at incredible pace and in an exceptionally challenging environment - balancing unprecedented demand on services, limited available investment and delivery impacts of Covid 19\. Supplier will provide three key areas of change acceleration: 1\. Benefit driven implementation plans\. 2\. Build the new change capability team\. 3\. Architect the channel shift and TOM implications\.
