Roundwell Park Traveller Site Refubishment

Redevelopment of Roundwell Park Traveller Site. South Norfolk Council are looking to carry out a phased completion of works on the Roundwell Park Traveller Site

The aim of the project is to refurbish Roundwell Park, a permanent Gypsy and Traveller site located in Costessey. The site comprises 18 pitches and includes 9 semi-detached permanent living blocks, each containing kitchens, toilets, and utility spaces.

The planned works will involve a complete fit-out and refurbishment of the permanent living blocks, landscaping improvements across the general site, and the construction of a new office block.
