## Description

The Council is looking to secure the services of a Contractor for the design and construction of a new build primary school\. It's anticipated that the preferred Contractor will be appointed via Mini-Competition on a Design and Build, two-stage open-book basis with the Contractor assisting the project team from RIBA Stage 3\. The preferred Contractor will be expected to deliver PCSA / ECI services \(as per Appendix 4, Schedule 10 of the CWM Framework Agreement\) from RIBA 3 including \(but not limited to\) assisting the Client's professional consultants in arriving at a robust RIBA Stage 3 and 4 cost plan\.
