Strategic Relationship Management Consultancy Support

We require a consultant who can work with West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) in the development and rollout of a Strategic Relationship Management (SRM) programme for the West Midlands region. This consultant will focus on the skills, structures and processes required to deliver truly best in class SRM. It is anticipated that the initial operation of SRM will be live by 30th September 2023. The programme will engage and nurture approximately 500 strategically-significant firms across the region. The initial list will be pre-selected from existing datasets in agreement with local stakeholders, with many of these firms being currently managed by some / multiple stakeholders.
